Warranty:

If items are damaged during shipping, they are covered by the shipping insurance. Please notify us immediately after receipt of merchandise should this happen. The shipping couriers and we will not be resposible for shipping damages if the notification of damaging is received after 20 days of package receipt.


Return Policies:

We have a 5-day return policy on all unused items purchased. Returns must come with the original boxes and the boxes must be intact and in ready to sell condition when the product(s) are returned. Once the return arrives, we will issue a full refund minus 25% restocking charge. No shipping fees are refundable.

For exchanges, the restocking fee is waived but customer is responsible for all shipping and custom charges.

Customer must obtain an RMA number before sending back the item to us. Please email to inform us that you are returning the item for refund or exchange and we will provide the RMA number as well as the instruction on how to proceed.

Return / exchange must be received within 5 days of the receipt of the RMA number. The RMA number will be voided and the item is ineligible for return / exchange after 5 days.
